Since 1987, HealthStar has specialized in supplying turnkey Blow-Fill-Seal production lines, utilizing completely rebuilt BFS machinery with custom molds & tooling. Our engineering personnel has worked hard to stay on the cutting edge of BFS technology. This has allowed our customers to obtain ‘LIKE NEW’ BFS Machinery custom built for their application, at a significant discount vs OEM.
Although our costs are competitive, we never sacrifice on quality. The finished HealthStar machine comes with full FAT, SAT, installation & training support, and after sale service including parts supply. Full supply of complimentary equipment offered by HealthStar as well including mold & tooling lift, over cappers, deflashers, labelers, cartoning machinery, and utilities support equipment (chillers, oil free air compressors, polymer resin feed systems, WFI systems, autoclaves, and more).
HealthStar obtains used Weiler & Rommelag Blow-Fill-Seal machinery to hold as inventory for rebuilding operations. These machines are also available to purchase 'as-is' with the molds from their previous applications. Our team works diligently with our customers to understand their requirements. If we do not have suitable used BFS machinery in stock for you, then we design fully rebuilt HealthStar machinery and molds/tooling to meet your specific needs. During the HealthStar Rebuild, used machines are redesigned by HealthStar, stripped to their bare frame, refinished, and reassembled with all new components. The end result is machinery that is better than when it left the OEM's factory.
Healthstar's design and machine shop capabilities include BFS molds, fill stations, parison heads, post process tooling, and more. Our machine shop team produces customized molds and tooling from customer supplied drawings or designs developed in house to meet our customer’s requirements.
