Condenser: Refrig 235 psi, liquid 150 psi, (262) Tubes, rated 1200 GPM of cooling water flow with 14.25 ft H2O pressure drop, 80 degrees F entering cooling water and 94.36 degrees F leaving cooling water, 2 pass. R-134A Refrigerant, 1100 lbs. 260 kW (349hp). 3/60/460 volt.

Includes B.A.C. Baltimore Aircoil Company 3000 Series Single Cell Cooling Tower, (1) Cell Only. 3412C, 412 Tons. 25hp Fan, rated approximate 103,700 cfm. Designed to cool approximate 1,236 gallons per minute at water cooled from 95 to 85 degrees F with 78 degrees F entering wet bulb.
