A Little About HealthStar:

Since 1983, HealthStar has had a proven track record as a global buyer and seller of previously owned equipment, also supplying newly manufactured equipment for product processing and packaging. Mr. Bill Grabowski started the company with the goal of supplying quality, affordable machinery to growing Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, Consumer Product, and Food & Beverage organizations. Since our inception we have been based in Braintree MA, just 30 minutes south of the Cambridge/Boston area Pharmaceutical hub.  In 1987, a compounding pharmacy approached HealthStar about how to most effectively package Albuterol and Ipratropium Bromide in a completely aseptic environment. To meet their requirement we embarked on our first blow-fill-seal machinery rebuilding project. That customer has since become one of the the largest producers of unit-dose inhalation therapy drugs in the world. After our first BFS project we continued to supply other equipment and offer a wide variety of product manufacturing & packaging solutions. However, we began to hone our technical expertise on blow-fill-seal.  Nowadays HealthStar offers turnkey, fully automated BFS production lines, BFS molds and parts supply, and a team of service technicians for after sales support plus operator training. Our dedication to excellence has allowed us to aggressively expand our blow-fill-seal machinery manufacturing operation. All while still achieving Mr. Grabowski's vision when he founded HealthStar - supply reliable machinery and outstanding service at affordable prices.
