HealthStar has a state-of-the art machine shop with turnkey engineering capabilities, from design through manufacturing and spare parts supply. Our capabilities include blow-fill-seal molds, fill systems, parison heads, custom trim tooling for deflasher, along with general wear and tear parts such as carriage bushings, shafts, linear rails, and bearings.
HealthStar works directly with our customers to understand their container design and product development goals. BFS molds and tooling are designed in-house, or from customer supplied drawings. All molds and parts are made using the most modern CNC machinery to ensure maximum precision and quality.
