Description

- Syringe tip-filling and closing machine
- Output: 10 - 12 syringes/minute (~600/hour).
- Configured for 1mL TB, 3mL luer lock, 10mL luer lock, 3mL oral, 5mL oral; BD or similar syringes.
- Manufactured in 2017
- Footprint: ~4’(w) x 9’(l) x 6’(h) footprint. Will fit well within a 12’ x 12’ space. Will require two operators.
- 208VAC, 3-Phase, 60Hz
- Electrical panels UL certified
- Fanuc cleanroom-grade stainless and robotic arms. Cleanable with sporicides.
- RABS guarding can be extended to buyer’s ceiling for passive HEPA filtration system (provided separately through ESS)
- LAF units can be mounted directly onto the machine frame for an active HEPA filtration system (provided separately through ESS)
